The 2016 Fourth quarter contest begins on Sep 23rd and ends on Dec 11th, but you can start any time during the quarter.
We will be sending out the weekly results every Monday after 1pm (Pacific Time).
To be included your weight must be entered before that time.

Rankings are based on percent lost per day compared to your ideal weight. Mathematically that is (start-current) / (start-ideal) / days. If we did not have your weight on the exact starting or ending date, we used your closest recording date. For less days we assumed the same weight. For more days we interpolated based on your loss per day. To be listed, you must actually lose weight.
